The team of Hugues de Rocquigny at the INSERM Laboratory U1259 in Tours, France, is looking for a postdoctoral scientist interested in working on the mechanisms of HBV nucleocapsid assembly and trafficking in infected human hepatocytes. The study will be performed using techniques of quantitative fluorescent microscopy and cryo-electron microscopy.
The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of virology and cell biology. Experience in microscopy and image analysis will be an asset. The candidate should be highly motivated and able to easily interact with colleagues. Scientific communication skills are expected. The full-time position is funded by ANRS for 3 years. Salary and social benefits will be in accordance with the regulations of ANRS.
